Likely Samsung Galaxy S5 package on its rumoured January 2014 release date, bannered by the latest Android build or KitKat 4.4.

KitKat, as everyone knows, was unwrapped together with the LG Nexus 5. Automatically, Google's new mobile operating system will be the power behind Samsung's upcoming hero handset.
The rest of the package is exclusively determined by the Galaxy maker and two of which have been bared in previous Samsung pronouncements.
Read below for three of the power specs and features that the Galaxy S3 is possibly packed with:
TouchWiz-skinned KitKat candy bar
Between today and January next year, Samsung is given some 60 days to reconfigure the KitKat look and behaviour before it is deployed the Galaxy way. What we can expect is a fusion of Samsung and native Android's best features.
For instance, KitKat's more immersive environment and the 'Ok Google' feature can be integrated to the GS5's rich sensor capabilities, making for a high-end gadget with cutting-edge predictive features that adjust to a particular owner's usage pattern and responds to his/her voice.
But more importantly, KitKat on the GS5 gives the Samsung device a potent weapon as its skirmish with the 2014 Apple flagship - the rumoured phablet-size iPhone 6 (or iPhone Air) that is powered by iOS 7.

64-bit processing chip
As soon as Apple had uncloaked the 64-bit A7 chip that resides inside the iPhone 5S, Samsung quickly worked up its marketing prowess and made known to the world, unabashedly, that it too is coming with the same computing architecture.
That would mean the Galaxy S5 is very much equipped to handle any computing tasks - with ease, breeze and less error. There were reports too that the Ram provision to come with the GS5 is as much as 4GB, which is hardly impossible as the Galaxy Note 3 is already benefitting from up to 3GB of capacious RAM.

Flexible screen display
It used to be that the screen size was one of the major concerns whenever rumours about a new smartphones start swirling. It remains to be but consumers now also pay attention on the material that device makers intend to use.
The latest display material rage is the bendable or flexible type, which Samsung and LG recently proved is possible with the Galaxy Round and the LG G Flex. Aside from sporting curved screen form-factor, the material, according to experts, boosts a gadgets' durability and enhances its screen rendering capabilities.
Also, screen materials that are malleable provide more room for gadget makers to introduce fresh manufacturing techniques, opening the doors for more mobile device technology improvements, inside and out.
Other expected killer features that are thought to be part of the GS5 launch are a 16MP rear shooter, complemented by optical image stabilisation, and new metallic form-factor, which is vastly different from the plastic build tradition that the Galaxy S series is known for.
Release date of the Galaxy S5 is seen to happen between January and February 2014.
